CHRISTMAS POSTING DATES AND RETURNS POLICY

PLEASE NOTE: During our busy Christmas and Sale periods deliveries may take longer than usual
See our latest posting dates below for Christmas delivery:

    • Last posting date: UK destinations – Thursday 20th December 2018
    • Last posting date: Rest of the world – Wednesday 12th December 2018

For online orders placed between 3rd and 24th December we offer an Extended Christmas returns period.
For these orders Returns will be accepted up to Tuesday 8th January 2019.
Please follow our normal RETURNS procedure shown below.


UK DELIVERY

To get your purchase to you as quickly and conveniently as possible we offer 2 delivery options to UK destinations:

      • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 48 Signed For)
      • Express Delivery  (Royal Mail 24 Signed For)

Standard delivery costs £4.95

Please allow 3 – 5 working days for your items to arrive
Deliveries to remote areas of the UK such as offshore islands and the Scottish Highlands may take up to 5 working days.

Express delivery costs £7.95

If you place your order before 12 noon, our express service aims to deliver the next working day. Orders placed after 12 noon should be delivered within 2 working days, but during the busy Christmas and Sale periods this cannot be guaranteed. Please note that weekends and Bank holidays are not classed as working days. Orders received after 1pm on Friday will be processed on Monday morning.

Unfortunately we cannot offer Express delivery to remote areas of the UK such as offshore islands and the Scottish Highlands.
Please note that all items are sent Recorded Delivery and will not be left at your address without a signature.
We will send a confirmation email when we have dispatched your purchase.


CLICK & COLLECT 

(West London only)

For our West London customers, we offer a Click & Collect service from Barnes, SW13 0DB:

      • Click & Collect (only available from West London, SW13 0DB)

Click & Collect costs £2.00

Shop our website as you normally would and select the ‘Click & Collect’ Delivery option during Checkout.

Opening hours are 9.30am – 6pm on weekdays. Closed at weekends and Bank Holidays.

You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect.
If you place your order before 1pm, we aim to have your purchase ready for collection by 3pm on the next working day.

Please note that to collect your parcel you will be required to show a copy of your Order confirmation, showing the Order ID and the address of the purchasing cardholder.

Items not collected within 10 working days will be returned to our warehouse and you will be notified by email, while we await further instructions.


CHANNEL ISLANDS DELIVERY

For the Channel Islands we offer a single delivery option:

      • Channel Islands (Royal Mail 48 Signed For)

Channel Islands delivery costs £9.95

Please select Guernsey or Jersey in the “COUNTRY” drop down box whilst entering your address during Checkout and the delivery option will appear before you enter your payment details. Please note: items may take between 3 – 5 working days to arrive, and will require a signature on receipt.

EUROPEAN UNION DELIVERY

To keep things straightforward we have a single price for deliveries to the European Union:

      • Europe (Royal Mail International Signed For)

European Union delivery costs £14.95

Please enter your address during Checkout and the delivery option will appear before you enter your payment details. Please note: items may take between 3 – 5 working days to arrive, and will require a signature on receipt.

USA / Canada delivery costs £24.95

Please note: items may take between 5 – 7 working days to arrive, and will require a signature on receipt.

Any import duties or taxes that may be charged for items delivered outside the UK remain your responsibility. Please check your local customs office for more information on these charges.

REST OF THE WORLD (Including: Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong)

      • Rest of the World (Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed)

Rest of the World delivery costs £29.95

Please select your Delivery Country in the “COUNTRY” drop down box whilst entering your address during Checkout and the delivery price will appear in your basket before you enter your payment details. Please note: items may take between 5 – 10 working days to arrive, and will require a signature on receipt.

Any import duties or taxes that may be charged for items delivered outside the UK remain your responsibility. Please check your local customs office for more information on these charges.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, you must obtain a returns reference by emailing shop@marilynmoore.com.

Please return your item within 14 days of receipt to the following address:

The item you are returning will be refunded on the condition that it is received by us in perfect, saleable condition, all original labels and tags are attached, and it shows no signs of having been worn or washed.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned with the returns document enclosed and quoting the returns reference you received from shop@marilynmoore.com

The goods remain your responsibility until received at our address, so we recommend that you obtain a “Certificate of Posting” from the Post Office and use a service that requires a signature upon receipt. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.

 

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item please send it back following the RETURNS procedure above.
Please fill in the form provided in your original delivery ticking the box marked “Exchange” and the new size you require. Exchanges will be sent to you without additional postage charges. Regrettably we are only able to exchange items for a different size of the same product in the same colour. Please note that this Exchange Policy only extends to UK customers.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If your have a faulty product please email us at shop@marilynmoore.com giving the date of purchase and details of the fault.
Please fill out the form provided with details of the fault, and then send back the item following our returns procedure.
Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
We will issue a full refund on faulty goods and reimburse your delivery charges.
