CHRISTMAS POSTING DATES AND EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY

PLEASE NOTE: During our busy Christmas and Sale periods deliveries may take longer than usual

    • Last posting date: UK destinations – Thursday 19th December 2019
    • Last posting date: Rest of the world – Thursday 12th December 2019

For online orders placed between 5th and 24th December we offer an Extended Christmas returns period.
For these orders Returns will be accepted up to Wednesday 8th January 2020.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, you must obtain a returns reference by emailing shop@marilynmoore.com.

Please return your item within 14 days of receipt to the following address:

The item you are returning will be refunded on the condition that it is received by us in perfect, saleable condition, all original labels and tags are attached, and it shows no signs of having been worn or washed.
Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned with the returns document enclosed and quoting the returns reference you received from shop@marilynmoore.com

The goods remain your responsibility until received at our address, so we recommend that you obtain a “Certificate of Posting” from the Post Office and use a service that requires a signature upon receipt. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.

 

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item please send it back following the RETURNS procedure above.
Please fill in the form provided in your original delivery ticking the box marked “Exchange” and the new size you require. Exchanges will be sent to you without additional postage charges. Regrettably we are only able to exchange items for a different size of the same product in the same colour. Please note that this Exchange Policy only extends to UK customers.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If your have a faulty product please email us at shop@marilynmoore.com giving the date of purchase and details of the fault.
Please fill out the form provided with details of the fault, and then send back the item following our returns procedure.
Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
We will issue a full refund on faulty goods and reimburse your delivery charges.
