RETURNS (including Christmas Returns)
EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
For online orders placed between 24th November and 24th December we offer an Extended Christmas returns period up to Monday 8th January 2024.
Please follow our normal RETURNS procedure below....
If you wish to return an item, you must obtain a Returns Reference by emailing email@example.com
Pack your item securely and return to us at the following address:

Please return your item within 14 days of receipt. The item you are returning will be refunded on the condition that it is received by us in perfect, saleable condition, all original labels and tags are attached, and it shows no signs of having been worn or washed.
Please note: the customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned with the returns document enclosed and quoting the Returns Reference you received from firstname.lastname@example.org
The goods remain your responsibility until received at our address, so we recommend that you obtain a “Certificate of Posting” from the Post Office and / or use a service that requires a signature upon receipt. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.
If you need to return any items from outside the United Kingdom, the parcel must be clearly marked "Returned Goods" and the original export Customs documentation removed.
Parcels are returned at your own expense and risk. Any duty or taxes imposed by UK Customs on entry will be recovered from any refund due on your returned items.
We recommend sending your return via a fully Tracked delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.
Please note: this Exchange Policy only extends to UK customers.
If you wish to exchange an item please send it back following the RETURNS procedure above.
Please fill in the form provided in your original delivery ticking the box marked “Exchange” and the new size you require. Exchanges will be sent to you without additional postage charges. Regrettably we are only able to exchange items for a different size of the same product in the same colour.
If your have a faulty product please email us at email@example.com giving the date of purchase and details of the fault.
Please fill out the Returns form provided with details of the fault, and then send back the item following our returns procedure.
Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
We will issue a full refund on faulty goods and reimburse your postage costs.
